Collages

Here you will find all my collage pieces. Some pieces have taken months to come together as I will only use found ephemera and never print off an item to fill in a gap. I often start with a theme, phrase or social aspect that I'd like to explore and then I start gathering material and hand-cutting the elements. As the image evolves, it is often sat on my workbench as I add and move all the little pieces before finally gluing and framing the piece. In this way, I can often have 3 or 4 pieces on the go at the same time!
